日本的统计情报,就其质量和可靠性而言,均达到世界上的先进水平。日本所进行的各种调查统计,仅依国家法律进行的,一年就超过500项(与厚生省有关的约80项),调查统计预算约为500亿日元,参与统计的人数约12000人。另外,与日本同样的是美国。尽管美国的统计环境是很难得到被调查的通力协作,可是仍然长期将详细的统计数据公布于世。
Japan’s statistical intelligence has reached the advanced level in the world in terms of quality and reliability. Various surveys and statistics conducted in Japan are conducted according to national laws.
