以萝卜品种“满堂红”为试材,以喷施清水、传统波尔多液为对照,研究了喷施不同浓度及种类的含碘铜基叶面肥对盆栽萝卜碘含量、产量及品质的影响,筛选出铜基叶面肥的适宜浓度及种类,为生产富碘萝卜提供参考依据。结果表明:喷施含碘铜基叶面肥土壤铜含量较传统喷施波尔多液显著降低39.10%~50.62%,但对萝卜铜含量并无显著影响,避免了铜对萝卜的毒害作用及土壤铜污染。与喷施清水处理相比,喷施1g·L~(-1)含碘酸钾的铜基叶面肥显著提高地下部碘含量93.41%及可溶性蛋白质含量39.26%;喷施2g·L~(-1)含碘化钾的铜基叶面肥,萝卜肉质根可溶性蛋白质含量显著提高37.87%;喷施1g·L~(-1)含碘化钾的铜基叶面肥地下部碘含量较CK显著降低44.38%,维生素C含量显著降低23.75%;喷施1、2g·L~(-1)含碘化钾的铜基叶面肥硝酸盐含量分别显著提高53.95%、92.68%。综上可知,萝卜喷施1g·L~(-1)含碘酸钾的铜基叶面肥效果最好。

The contents of nitrate of copper-based foliar fertilizer with potassium iodide of 1, 2g · L ~ (-1) increased significantly by 53.95% and 92.68% respectively. In summary, radish spraying 1g · L -1 potassium iodate is the best copper-based foliar fertilizer.
