目的 :探讨全自动生化分析仪检测红细胞内超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性的可行性。方法 :用 7170 A全自动生化分析仪与手工法同时检测 30例健康人体红细胞内 SOD活性。结果 :人体红细胞内 SOD活性 ,仪器法 (10 2 1±14 9) u/ g Hb ,手工法 (979± 186 ) u/ g Hb,经相关分析 ,r=0 .970 7,相关性良好 ,两法进行显著性 t检验 ,P>0 .0 5 ,差异无显著性。仪器法检测 ,批内 CV<2 .92 % ,批间 CV=4 .5 2 %。结论 :全自动生化分析仪检测红细胞内 SOD活性 ,灵敏度高 ,准确性好 ,结果稳定 ,适用于较大批量样本的检测
Objective: To investigate the feasibility of using automatic biochemical analyzer to detect the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in erythrocytes. Methods: The SOD activity in erythrocytes of 30 healthy volunteers was detected simultaneously by 7170 A automatic biochemical analyzer and manual method. Results: The activity of SOD in human erythrocytes was 10 2 1 ± 14 9 u / g Hb, manual method was 979 ± 186 u / g Hb. Correlation analysis showed that the correlation was good, Two methods for significant t test, P> 0. 05, the difference was not significant. Instrumental testing, intra-CV <2.92%, inter-CV = 4. 52%. Conclusion: The automatic biochemical analyzer detects SOD activity in erythrocytes with high sensitivity, good accuracy and stable results, which is suitable for the detection of larger batch samples
