半刚性基层材料目前已广泛应用于我国高等级公路路面中,但是这种材料易产生开裂、渗水,影响路面使用性能。本文以新的思路通过试验,研究出半刚性基层抗裂缝剂。试验表明:将其添加于道路基层混合料中,利用其具有的膨胀性能和增密性,使道路基层结构因温度和湿度的变化引起的收缩空间大大减少,同时利用其延时性实施基层、面层连续施工,使基层、面层紧密结合,降低面层与基层的层间拉应力,从而防止路面开裂,提高道路的耐久性,延长道路使用寿命。
Semi-rigid base material has been widely used in China’s high-grade highway pavement, but this material is prone to cracking, water seepage, affecting the performance of pavement. In this paper, a new idea through the test, developed a semi-rigid base crack resistant agent. The experiment shows that when it is added to the road base mixture, the shrinkage space due to the change of temperature and humidity of the road base structure can be greatly reduced by utilizing its expansion performance and densification. At the same time, Surface continuous construction, the grassroots, surface closely integrated to reduce the surface layer and the grassroots layer of tensile stress, thereby preventing the road cracking, improve road durability and extend road life.
