目的：研究莲心碱高氯酸盐对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的作用。方法：体外培养小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞，分别加入不同浓度的药物，以中性红法及ＭＴＴ法，观察其对巨噬细胞的吞噬功能及代谢的影响。结果：莲心碱高氯酸盐对小鼠巨噬细胞的吞噬功能及巨噬细胞的代谢有抑制作用。结论：莲心碱高氯酸盐具有免疫抑制作用。
Objective: To study the effect of pertechnetate perchlorate on mouse peritoneal macrophages. METHODS: Mouse peritoneal macrophages were cultured in vitro and different concentrations of drugs were added. The effects of macrophages on phagocytosis and metabolism of macrophages were observed by neutral red method and MTT assay. RESULTS: Neferine perchlorate inhibited phagocytosis of macrophages and macrophage metabolism in mice. Conclusion: Neferine perchlorate has immunosuppressive effects.
