陈发旭(达县地区人民医院)报道:例1:李素,男,23岁,乡卫生院医士。因工作分配不称心,思想不愉快,失眠多梦,有时哭闹无常,曾先后服毒、自缢未遂。半年后渐出现烦渴多饮,一日喝水约6000ml、排尿约6000～7000ml,来本院门诊就医。查体无阳性体征发现,疑为尿崩症及糖尿病。多次小便常规检查均阴性,尿比重1.004～1.006,尿糖阴性,镜检正常;三次血糖正常。服双氢克尿塞无效,后除劝其正常进食外,禁饮水,服调节神经
Chen Faxu (Daxian District People’s Hospital) Report: Example 1: Li Su, male, 23 years old, township hospitals doctors. Because of the distribution of work is not happy, thoughts are not happy, insomnia and sometimes dreams, sometimes cryptic, had poisoned, self-defeating attempted. Six months later, thirst and more drink appear more and more, about 6000ml of water a day, urination about 6000 ~ 7000ml, to our hospital for medical treatment. Physical examination found no positive signs, suspected diabetes insipidus and diabetes. Multiple urinalysis routine tests were negative, urine specific gravity 1.004 ~ 1.006, urine negative, microscopic examination was normal; three times normal blood sugar. Hydrochlorothiazide hydrochlorothiazide ineffective, in addition to persuade their normal eating, drinking water, serving to regulate nerves
