采用减压凝固密度试样法和电阻法,对不同程度精炼除气和变质下的ZL101合金进行夹杂物检测,分析合气量、变质元素锶与夹杂物之间的关系.结果 表明,精炼时间越长,含气量越低,夹杂物尺寸越小,数量越少;变质过程中,随着锶的含量增加,舍气量增大,夹杂物尺寸增大,数量增多.
