“光进铜退”已成为全球通信运营商的共识及重要发展策略,FTTx的部署在国内也已经进行得如火如荼,但究竟选择EPON还是GPON作为主流接入技术,无疑还存在很多争论。广电行业目前正围绕NGB展开全国性的双向网改造,“EPON+EOC”是主流选项,其渊源恰离不开近两年的“师法电信”。但当中国电信近期从EPON向GPON转轨的呼声日隆,更为这场事关下一代网络的“基础之战”增添了诸多变数。为此,本刊特组织《光网络接入与建设》系列技术应用专题,本期刊发的两篇文章分别从全业务应用和实战技术分析的角度对此进行深入探讨,希望能给运营商的网络改造决策提供一定帮助。如果您对此有什么新的建议和看法,欢迎投稿至cui_muli@ccw.com.cn。
