传统教育模式已经跟不上社会发展的脚步，因此，我国教育部门根据这种情况开展了新一轮教育改革工作，这对于中专院校的经济法教学来说也不例外。案例教学是经济法教学中重要组成部分，主要以各个法院判案为例设置教学内容，积极组织学生参加课外教学活动，并对法院判案例进行探讨、分析。这种教学方法在中专的应用可以有效地将学生在课堂上的主体地位体现出来，从而提高教师的教学与学生的学习效率。基于此，本文对经济法教学中案例教学的应用进行了研究。
