本文从天然(+)-樟脑出发,合成了六种新的(+)-樟脑衍生物(Ⅰ—Ⅵ)。根据衍生物的分子结构和呈现的化学性质,对取代基团与烷基化反应和还原反应的立体选择性的关系作了一些研究;并且发现樟脑骨架上C8,C9甲基氢原子的核磁共振波谱和羰基O2的化学性质似与取代基团有关。
In this paper, six new (+) - camphor derivatives (Ⅰ-Ⅵ) were synthesized from natural (+) - camphor. According to the molecular structure of the derivatives and the chemical properties presented, some researches have been done on the relationship between the substituent groups and the stereoselectivity of the alkylation reaction and the reduction reaction. It was also found that the nuclear magnetic resonance of C8 and C9 methyl hydrogen atoms on the camphor skeleton The chemical nature of the spectrum and carbonyl O 2 may be related to substituent groups.
