煤矿井下的煤仓通常有四种,垂直重力煤仓、倾斜煤仓、带有螺旋槽的垂直煤仓以及装有运输机的水平煤仓。 垂直重力煤仓的主要缺点是煤块严重碎裂并由此产生很多煤尘。 近10年来,国外广泛地采用了带有螺旋槽的垂直圆筒煤仓。在仓壁内浇注出一个螺旋槽,槽内铺以铸玄武岩或其他耐磨贴面。煤经过螺旋槽装进煤仓,因而避免了煤块碎裂并且只产生微少的煤尘。
There are usually four types of coal bunkers in coal mines. Vertical gravity bunkers, inclined bunkers, vertical bunkers with spiral grooves, and horizontal bunkers with conveyors. The main disadvantage of vertical gravimetric bunkers is the severe fragmentation of the coal mass and the consequent generation of much coal dust. In the past 10 years, the vertical cylindrical coal bunker with spiral groove has been widely used abroad. In the warehouse wall pouring a spiral groove, tank shop to cast basalt or other wear-resistant veneer. The coal is loaded into the coal bunker through the spiral groove, thus avoiding the coal chipping and generating only a small amount of coal dust.
