近年来,国内外学者研究表明,机体各种疾病的生理病理过程与SOD密切相关,为了解海洛因戒断前后血清SOD水平变化,本文对戒毒前35例,戒断后23例进行了SOD RIA血清测定,并与正常人进行了对照分析,现将结果报告如下。 对象和方法 一、对象:戒毒前35例(男30,女5),年龄在21～40岁,平均30岁。戒断后23例(男21,女2),年龄在24～39岁,平均22.7岁。均为住院戒毒治疗者。 正常对照组40例(男30,女10),年龄在20～40岁,平均32岁。排除各种疾患及吸毒史。 二、方法:均为空腹抽取静脉血,离心取血清
