目的 :探讨超高度近视眼度数与眼轴的相关程度。方法 :近视球镜当量 >10 .0 0 D的超高度近视眼 2 5例 45眼 ,进行 A超、角膜地形图检查 ,分别测量眼轴和角膜屈光力 ,应用 SPSS统计软件包分析近视球镜当量与眼轴及角膜屈光力的关系。结果 :平均球镜当量为 12 .8± 3.30 D,平均眼轴为 2 7.6 9± 1.5 1mm,平均角膜屈光力为 44 .0 4± 1.41D。超高度近视眼的度数与眼轴长度的回归方程为 SE=- 32 .6 9+1.6 4× Axis(p<0 .0 1)。结论 :超高度近视眼的度数主要取决于眼轴长度 ,眼轴延长 1毫米 ,屈光度增加约1.6 4D。
Objective: To investigate the correlation between the degree of super-myopia and axial length. Methods: 25 cases and 45 cases of myopia with myopic spherical equivalent of> 10. 0 D were examined with A-scan and corneal topography. Axial and corneal refractive power were measured respectively. SPSS statistical package was used to analyze the myopic spherical equivalent And axial and corneal refractive power relationship. Results: The mean spherical equivalent was 12.8 ± 3.30 D, the average axial length was 2 7.69 ± 1.5 1mm, and the average corneal refractive power was 44 .0 4 ± 1.41D. The regression equation of the degree of super-myopia and axial length was SE = - 32.69 + 1.6 4 × Axis (p <0.01). CONCLUSIONS: The degree of hyperopia myopia depends mainly on the length of the ocular axis, with an axial extension of 1 mm and an increase in diopter of about 1.6 4D.
