全面实施素质教育,是在新的历史条件下落实以人为本的科学发展观、贯彻党的教育方针的集中体现,是提高教育现代化水平的核心内容。《课程标准》中明确指出“语文课应致力于学生语文素养的形成与发展。语文素养是学生学好其他课程的基础,也是学生全面发展和终身发展的基础”。《课程标准》对于我们的要求使我们认识到了培养学生语文素养的必要性和重要性,阐述了语文素养的基本功和内涵包括的具体内容,语文具有工具性和人文性的功能,学好语文的关键是探究有效地提高学生语文素养的途径。
The full implementation of quality education is the implementation of the people-oriented scientific concept of development under the new historical conditions and the central embodiment of the party’s education policy, which is the core content of raising the level of education modernization. “Curriculum Standards” clearly states that “language classes should be devoted to the formation and development of students ’language literacy, which is the basis for students to learn other courses well and also the basis for students’ all-round development and lifelong development”. The basic skills and connotation of Chinese literacy are explained. The language has instrumental and humanistic functions. The key to learning Chinese well Is to explore ways to effectively improve students’ literacy.
