钻杆内壁的喷丸清理是涂层钻杆生产的关键工艺之一。通过室内试验,取得了喷丸清理工艺的主要操作参数,按此参数制作的样块,达到必需的质量等级,为建立中试装置提供了依据。
Shot peening on the inner wall of the drill pipe is one of the key processes in the production of coated drill pipe. Through laboratory tests, the main operating parameters of the shot peening process were obtained. The samples produced according to this parameter reached the required quality level, which provided the basis for the establishment of pilot plant.
