采用焊条手工电弧焊和富氩混合气体保护焊两种焊接方法对低焊接裂纹敏感性钢B610CF钢板状对接接头分别进行了三种焊接规范下的焊接,并对其焊接接头进行了金相分析和力学性能试验研究。结果表明,采用焊条手工电弧焊的焊接接头抗拉强度和焊缝的冲击韧性优于采用富氩混合气体保护焊的,两种焊接方法下的焊缝区的冲击韧性值都低于母材的;两种方法的热影响区金相组织和冲击韧性没有明显的差异。不同焊接方法下焊缝性能的差异以及与母材基体的差异,与所选用的焊接材料的性能有关,尽量选用与母材的强度和冲击韧性相匹配的焊接材料,以提高整个焊接接头的性能。
Two welding methods, manual arc welding with argon and argon-rich mixed gas, were used to weld the low-crack-susceptibility steel B610CF steel plate butt joints under three welding conditions respectively. Metallographic analysis of the welded joints was carried out. Experimental study on mechanical properties. The results show that the tensile strength and the impact toughness of the welded joints by SMAW are better than that of the argon-rich mixed gas. The impact toughness of the weld zone under the two welding methods is lower than that of the base metal There is no obvious difference between the microstructure and the impact toughness in the heat affected zone of the two methods. The difference of weld performance and the difference with the base metal matrix under different welding methods are related to the performance of the selected welding material, and the welding material matching the strength and impact toughness of the base metal should be used as far as possible so as to improve the performance of the entire welded joint .
