“让师生享受教育的幸福”是杭州市朝晖中学在办学过程中的不懈追求。作为一所成长中的学校,朝晖中学本着“追求人本、走向校本、关注生本”的现代管理理念,以“让人活得更加美好、幸福”为教育的终极目标,将集团化办学与学校成长同步结合,近年来取得了快速发展。其中,“联盟式”集团办学是学校发展的助推器,而“质量取胜”基础上的“文化取胜”则是学校的核心竞争力所在。本期视点,我们将从“联盟式”集团办学、基于教育生态理念的校园文化建设、让师生享受教育的幸福等方面介绍朝晖中学的办学实践,以期能对广大读者有所启发。
“Let the teachers and students enjoy educational happiness” is the unremitting pursuit of Hangzhou Zhaohui Middle School in the process of running a school. As a growing school, Zhaohui Middle School adheres to the modern management philosophy of “pursuing people-oriented, school-based, and student-centered education,” and aims to make people “live better and happy” as the ultimate goal of education. The combination of grouping schooling and school growth has achieved rapid development in recent years. Among them, the “federal” group running school is a booster for school development, and “winning ” quality based “cultural victory ” is the school’s core competitiveness. In this issue, we will introduce the practice of Zhaohui Middle School from the aspects of the “College-style” group education, the construction of campus culture based on the concept of educational ecology, and the happiness of teachers and students to enjoy education, with a view to inspiring readers.
