健康是人类的追求和期盼,而体育是促进健康的有效手段。2016年10月25日中共中央、国务院印发《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》(以下简称《纲要》),在此背景下,采用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,首先对《纲要》进行解读,其次重点探讨有氧运动对大众身心健康的促进作用,旨在倡导有氧运动对大众健康的积极意义和重要作用。研究表明:有氧运动有利于控制肥胖、抑制“三高”和调节心血管疾病等,同时对减缓抑郁症和焦虑状况以及改善睡眠质量都有显著效果。
Health is the pursuit and hope of mankind, and sports are effective means to promote health. On October 25, 2016, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council printed the Outline of the “Healthy China 2030 Plan” (hereinafter referred to as the “Outline”).
