上海县自1988年11月始先后在6个乡镇开展了计划免疫保偿服务的试点工作,取得了较好成效。为了解广大群众对开展计划免疫保偿制的认识和参与程度,及其计划免疫保偿制的实施情况和保偿制在整个计划免疫工作中的作用,我们于1989年7月开展了计划免疫保偿制实施的跟踪调查。以期通过调查,为各级卫生部门全面推广计划免疫保偿服务提供科学依据。
