一、前言石油化工设备中的高温高压容器、管线上,广泛使用Cr-Mo钢。这种材料长期在高温中使用,会引起材质的脆化。脆化的出现是由于回火脆性使材料的韧性降低。这是在设备的启动、停止或耐压试验,特别是运行中不得不慎重考虑的问题。本文用电化学方法研究了Cr-Mo钢的回火脆性,在此基础上提出了用电化学方法来评定运行中的石油化工设备的劣化性。
I. Introduction Petrochemical equipment in the high temperature and pressure vessels, pipelines, the widespread use of Cr-Mo steel. Long-term use of this material at high temperatures can cause material embrittlement. Embrittlement occurs due to temper embrittlement of the material to reduce the toughness. This is a problem that has to be carefully considered in starting, stopping or withstand voltage tests of equipment, especially during operation. In this paper, the electrochemical method was used to study the temper brittleness of Cr-Mo steel. On the basis of this, the electrochemical method was proposed to evaluate the deterioration of petrochemical equipment in operation.
