职教教师与企业培训师在职业内涵、职业标准上存在着不同,按照当今职业专业化、标准化的要求,在培训岗位上的从业人员理应取得相应的职业资格。大多数在各类各级企业、事业单位以及就业训练中心和社会力量办学机构中从事教育培训工作的教师,在主客观上面临着向企业培训师的转型,在职业角色上由单一型向多重型转变,在职业能力素质上由单向型向复合型转变。
