Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a large number of linear polysaccharide macromolecules that exist in the body and binds highly with hyaluronan-binding protein (HABP) to form important matrix components of connective tissue. The success of HABP marker such as Zhang Lurong in China and the establishment of radioimmunoassay (RIA) to detect serum HA. December 1990 ~ April 1991 we measured the normal, acute jaundice hepatitis
