现有风险监测器通过手动输入设备状态的方式获取电厂的配置信息,连续运行设备的历史运行时间和状态信息并未输入到风险监测器中。实时在线风险监测与管理系统通过自动和手动的方式获取并储存设备的运行状态信息和不同状态下对应的时间,累积失效概率考虑了连续运行设备的历史运行状态和启动到失效的运行时间。以两个并联泵的系统为例给出泵经历了运行、热备用、再运行过程后泵的失效基本事件的分布函数。这个分布函数反映了机组运行过程中瞬时风险与设备历史运行状态和时间有关,瞬时风险曲线随运行时间呈递增趋势。
The existing risk monitor obtains the configuration information of the power plant by manually inputting the state of the equipment, and the historical running time and status information of the continuous running equipment are not input into the risk monitor. The real-time on-line risk monitoring and management system obtains and stores the operating status information and the corresponding time under different states through automatic and manual methods. The cumulative failure probability takes into account the historical running status of continuous running equipment and the running time from start-up to failure. Taking the system of two parallel pumps as an example, the distribution function of pump failure basic events after running, hot standby and re-running is given. This distribution function reflects the fact that the instantaneous risk during the operation of the unit is related to the historical operation state and time of the equipment, and the instantaneous risk curve shows an increasing trend with the operation time.
