2003年10月召开的中国共产党十六届三中全会上,提出了坚持以人为本的科学发展观,它立足于我国基本国情,适应社会新的发展趋势。科学发展观的提出对于我国经济的发展、全面建设小康社会和建设中国特色社会主义具有重要的意义。本文主要通过从科学发展观的基本内涵、树立和落实科学发展观的重要意义和如何贯彻落实科学发展观着手,从而更好地理解科学发展观。
At the Third Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee held in October 2003, the CPC Central Committee put forward the scientific development concept of adhering to the people-oriented principle. It is based on our country’s basic national conditions and adapts to the new social trends. The scientific concept of development is of great significance to the economic development of our country, to building a well-off society in an all-round way and to building socialism with Chinese characteristics. This paper mainly through the basic connotation of the scientific concept of development, establish and implement the scientific concept of development and how to implement the scientific concept of development proceed with a better understanding of the scientific concept of development.
