一、概况四号高炉自1987年4月开始富氧鼓风以来,生产面貌发生了显著变化:综合冶炼强度提高,产量增加。4月和6月相继刷新历史最好记录。由于四号高炉容积占全厂高炉容积的36.2%,它的生产水平的提高促进了炼铁厂的变化。1987年1~10月四号高炉利用系数的进展列于表1。从表1看出:四月份以后冶炼强度提高较快。但是随着冶炼强度提高和炉役增长,炉体设备破损数量增多,目前最严重的是炉腹冷却壁的破损问题。四号高炉在1986年12月3日(投产后25个月开始出现冷却设备破损,第一块为四段
