我国现阶段城乡收入差距已经成为影响经济和社会发展的热点问题,中十六大提出统筹城乡经济社会发展,十六届三中全会又把统筹城乡发展作为科学发观的重要组成部分,摆在“五个统筹”之首的位置。因此,全面研究当前我国城乡民收入差距的状况,深刻剖析产生这一现象的原因,提出解决这一问题的对策,对进我国经济健康发展,保证社会稳定,对社会主义新农村建设和我国构建社会主义谐社会都具有重大的现实意义。
