我们针对氧化铝物料的难熔性,作了熔剂的选择、配比及熔融温度的试验。文献采用二种方法分解试样;2克氧化铝以2.8克碳酸锂、6.2克硼酸于1000℃熔融一小时。高压闷罐法:1.0克试样以7.3毫升盐酸(比重1.19)在250℃温度下放置16小时。文献以焦硫酸钾分解试样,我们经实验,认为处理试样的时间长、即使应用现代新的分解技术“高压闷罐法”至少为3.5~4小时,不能满足日常生产需要。为此进行了试验: 一称取氧化铝试样0.5克数份,分别以1.8克碳酸钠和1.2~1.3克硼酸混合均匀,在860~1000℃
