在育种田间,从迟熟中粳稻品种“淮稻7号”中发现一个天然叶色突变体,该突变体的表型存在绿-白-绿的叶色变化。通过对该突变体的形态观察,以及不同播期、不同移栽期突变体叶色转变特性的研究,发现其叶色转变只在移栽等因素引起的机械损伤信号胁迫下产生,且突变体的叶色表型变化在水稻的整个生育期都可发生。该突变体的叶色表型、叶色转变特性以及诱发突变的机制均未见报道,确认是一种全新的水稻叶色突变体,即损伤诱导型叶色突变体(Injury-induced leaf-color-mutant,iil)。
In the field of breeding, a natural leaf color mutant was found in the japonica rice “Huaiyao 7” with late maturity. The phenotype of the mutant had the green-white-green leaf color change. Through the morphological observation of the mutant and the study on the leaf color transformation characteristics of different sowing dates and different transplanting mutants, it was found that the leaf color transformation was only produced under the mechanical damage signal stress caused by transplanting and other factors, and the mutant Leaf color phenotypic changes can occur throughout rice growth. The mutant’s leaf color phenotype, leaf color transformation characteristics and mechanism of induced mutation have not been reported and confirmed to be a brand new rice leaf color mutant, injury-induced leaf color mutant (Injury-induced leaf-color -mutant, iil).
