温州乐清市康信电子有限公司总经理周宏明的办公室有些寒酸。他的办公桌夹在两位同事的座位之间,桌上连一台电脑都没有,他的副手还经常见缝插针地坐到周的座位上干自己的活儿。公司仅有的两台电脑被财务和库房用着,然而,这样的企业却正在与韩国大宇公司合作。周宏明连走路部在想,2007年应该如何借互联网冲到世界的其他地方;与此同时,福建省升美茶叶公司刚派人去公司的生产基地安溪龙涓乡长塔村收茶,望着满山的铁观音,采购员想:“要是经理能实时看到山里的情况就好了,我们也省了再开一小时的车回总公司汇报。”在千里之外的水康工业园内,管着1200名员工的超人集团正在为公司定做的ERP系统“不争气”而犯愁;……这是本刊记者近期实地走访浙江、福建等地中小企业时看到的一幕幕。通过实地体验加电话采访的形式,本刊接触了3628家中小企业,他们的苦乐几乎都与信息化和电子商务有关,而在“穷”企业如何信息化、“较大”企业能不能量身定制ERP、中小企业怎么管理自家销售人员,怎么处理与上下游“亲戚”企业的关系,以及微型企业如何突破自身“网络盲”现状等问题上,他们既困惑,又对软件厂商所提供的服务心存怀疑。解读这些烦恼,需要的是厂商坦诚的态度和抽丝剥茧的耐心。
