凝聚力是指群体成员之间为实现活动目标而实施团结协作的程度。企业凝聚力的高低,决定着员工是否能主动、积极、有效地进行创造性的工作,相互间是否能很好地配合提高工作效率,以及企业目标是否能够得以实现。无数的企业实践和历史表明,没有凝聚力的企业,就如一盘散沙,逐渐走向衰退直至消亡;而凝聚力强的企业,则能够保持生命力和创造力,在激烈的竞争中获胜,得以不断发展壮大。可以说,企业凝聚力关乎企业的运转效率和核心竞争
Cohesion refers to the degree to which members of the group carry out solidarity and cooperation in order to achieve their goals. The level of corporate cohesion determines whether employees can take the initiative, active and effective creative work, whether they work well with each other to improve work efficiency, and whether the business goals can be achieved. Numerous business practices and history show that non-cohesive companies are like sand in a mess and gradually decline until they die out. Cohesive enterprises are able to maintain their vitality and creativity, win in fierce competition and continue to grow and develop.
