随着社会的发展,土地供应的紧张,人们消费生活的改变,城市综合体建设的步伐也越来越快,体量越来越大,数量越来越多,这是城市发展的趋势,也是发展的现状。城市综合体具有功能多样、空间复杂、致灾因素多、火灾荷载高等特点,这给当前灭火救援工作提出了严峻挑战,对消防部队灭火救援水平要求越来越高。因此,针对当前城市综合体消防安全形势,我们要认真地客观地认识大型城市综合体的火灾危险性,根据其特点,对症下药,研究对策。
