US local time October 6, 2017, the United States South Carolina desert town of Lancaster, BYD Lancaster electric car factory in the third phase was completed. Approximately 300 U.S. politicians, including Kevin Mc Carthy, majority leader and MP of the U.S. House of Representatives, and Kevin De Leon, the speaker of the Senate, California. Bus operators and the media witnessed the completion of the plant. Pingshan in Shenzhen, BYD headquarters in front of that broad road called BYD Road. In the western hemisphere across the oceans of the United States, Lancaster also has a BYD road.
