一、前言聚胺酯泡沫塑料是一种用途广泛的新型材料,为在原子能事业中应用,必须对其所含的杂质量建立常规的质量鉴测。为此,研究了七种金属元素的测定,并拟定了一个操作简便的测定方法:称取一定重量的样品于铂坩埚中,经炭化、高温灼烧后,将样品残渣处理成溶液,最后采用溶液干渣法进行光谱测定。方法回收率为102~130%,精密度为±30%以下,能够满足常规测定的要求;同时也可适用于聚胺酯泡沫塑料的主要原料(丙三醇聚醚、多苯基多次甲基多异氰酸脂)中微量金属元素的测定。
