健康脱贫是打赢脱贫攻坚战的关键之举,是卫生与健康工作的重中之重。安徽省宿州市建档立卡贫困人口40.44万人,其中因病致贫、因病返贫人口29.31万人,占贫困人口比例高达72%,健康脱贫任务十分艰巨。为做好健康脱贫工作,2016年宿州市委、市政府先后五次召开专题会议研究部署,由卫生计生部门牵头深入调研,广泛征求意见,精心谋划“实施健康脱贫、打造健康乡村”行动计

To lift poverty out of poverty is the key to win the battle against poverty and the top priority of health and health work. In Suzhou, Anhui Province, there were 404,400 poor people with credit card standing cards, of whom 293,100 were returning to poverty due to illness, accounting for as much as 72% of the total poor population. The task of health promotion is very arduous. In order to do a good job in lifting poverty from health, in 2016, the municipal party committee and municipal government of Suzhou held five special meetings to study and deploy the project. The health and family planning department took the lead in conducting further investigations and research, soliciting opinions extensively, and carefully planning “implementing health out of poverty and building a healthy countryside”
