“多元评价主体参与听评课”是指将教师、学生、专家、家长等多个参与听评课活动的评价者引入课堂教学,形成专业合作体,再依照他们在听评课活动中所处身份和不同目的,从不同角度探究课堂、发现问题,并通过对话、讨论等交流方式帮助教师分析原因,提出相应的改进建议。它有利于改变以往听评课活动中评价主体单一,被评价者消极被动的现象,能有效提升以校为本的教学研究质量。
