探索藏红花对酒精及酒精四氯化碳所致大鼠肝损伤的防治作用。方法:取Wistar雄性大鼠设5组,分别灌胃生理盐水(A)、白酒(B)、白酒加藏红花(C)、白酒加CCl_4(D)、在D组基础上加用藏红花(E);对5组大鼠血清ALT和肝脏组织学病变进行比较。结果:藏红花能降低白酒和四氯化碳引起的ALT升高(P<0.05);B、C组及D、E组互比肝脏组织学改变有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:藏红花对酒精及酒精四氯化碳所致肝损伤有一定的防治作用。
To explore the preventive and therapeutic effects of saffron on alcohol and alcohol induced carbon tetrachloride in rats. METHODS: Wistar male rats were divided into 5 groups. Each group was given normal saline (A), white spirit (B), white wine and saffron (C), white wine plus CCl_4 (D), and saffron was added to D group (E). Serum ALT and liver histological lesions were compared in 5 groups. RESULTS: Saffron could reduce the elevation of ALT caused by liquor and carbon tetrachloride (P<0.05). The histological changes of livers in groups B and C and D and E were significantly different from each other (P<0.05). Conclusion: Saffron has some preventive and therapeutic effects on alcohol and alcoholic carbon tetrachloride-induced liver injury.
