简要介绍了宁波的历史与文化以及城市文化设施建设的重要性。通过对“宁波市三江文化长廊规划”国际征集获奖方案中人文主义规划思想的分析，指出当前中国城市正在进行的旧区更新和新区建设中，必须对人文主义规划思想引起足够的重视。
Briefly introduced the history and culture of Ningbo and the importance of the construction of urban cultural facilities. Through the analysis of the humanistic planning thought in the international solicitation scheme of “Ningbo Sanjiang Cultural Promenade Planning”, it points out that in the ongoing urban renewal and new district construction in Chinese cities, enough attention must be paid to the humanistic planning thought.
