一、加强宣传教育,更新陈旧观念,增强内陆村民的证券意识。农村金融部门利用其点多面广的特点,广泛开展宣传教育,促使村民更新以苦求财观念,增长证券有关知识,逐步了解债券、股票的意义与作用、证券种类、发行者的信誉、转让规则、收益率计算等等,不断增加广大村民的金融证券意识,让他们自觉参与证券的交易,成为内陆农村真正的投资主体,为证券市场的发展奠定良好的基础。
