提出一种高精度数控宽带直流放大器的设计方案。该方案基于超低功耗单片机MSP430F155控制平台开发,其中,压控增益宽带放大器的主体部分由THS7530、OPA820ID与THS3091D组成。控制平台可实现对THS7530的增益控制,输出终波幅值并显示结果;测试通频带为0~20 MHz;整机电压增益可调范围控制在-20~+80 dB范围内;在挂载时输出F-F值为29 V。在降低输出噪声与自激控制方面,使用多模抗干扰接触法,提升了数控宽带直流放大器控制性和稳定性。
Proposed a high-precision CNC broadband DC amplifier design. The program is based on MSP430F155 ultra-low power MCU control platform development, in which the main part of the voltage-controlled gain broadband amplifier consists of THS7530, OPA820ID and THS3091D. The control platform can gain control of the THS7530, output the amplitude of the final wave and display the result; the passband of the test is 0-20 MHz; the adjustable range of the voltage of the whole machine is controlled within the range of -20- + 80 dB; The output FF value is 29V. In reducing output noise and self-excited control, the use of multi-mode anti-interference contact method to enhance the control of CNC broadband DC amplifier and stability.
