我省事业单位改革部署以来,各级各部门认真贯彻中央和省委、省政府文件精神,加强组织领导,强化工作措施,精心组织实施,全面完成了清理规范工作,事业单位分类、创新管理体制、改革人事和收入分配制度、改进财政预算管理等工作都取得了积极进展。按照省委、省政府确定的改革时间表和路线图,到2020年建立起功能明确、治理完善、运行高效、监管有力的事业单位管理体制和运行机制,形成基本服务优先、供给水平适度、布局结构
