目的:充实和完善检查宫内节育器(IUD)的方法,对使用IUD避孕者进行更加有效的监测和监护。方法:根据女性骨盆的生理解剖特点,开发研制成一种同心圆角度型IUD测量尺,用其测量、标识出IUD在小骨盆腔内的位置和分布面。结果:用IUD尺测量使用IUD避孕者2 190例,其测量结果与B超检查吻合率达97.48%;同时发现89例合并患有骶髂关节致密性骨炎,占4.06%。结论:IUD测量尺与B超在检查IUD时有着互补性,同时还可诊断和鉴别诊断骶髂关节致密性骨炎等合并症。
Objectives To substantiate and refine the method of examining IUDs and to monitor and monitor more effectively IUD contraceptives.
