财务会计管理是提高现代商业银行核心竞争力的重要工具,本文从论述财务会计管理在现代商业银行经营管理中的地位和作用入手,阐述了现代商业银行财务会计管理的新内涵和新要求。在剖析上海分行财务会计管理现状的基础上,结合战略转型发展和提高核心竞争力的需要,作者对如何把握未来财务会计管理工作的方向,以及如何提升财务会计管理能力进行了相应的思考。
Financial accounting management is an important tool to improve the core competitiveness of modern commercial banks. Starting from the discussion of the status and function of financial accounting management in modern commercial banks, this paper expounds the new connotation and new requirements of modern financial management. Based on the analysis of the current situation of financial accounting management in Shanghai Branch and the need of strategic transformation and enhancement of core competitiveness, the author makes some corresponding thinking on how to grasp the future direction of financial accounting management and how to improve the financial accounting management ability.
