目的:通过检测我院2015年6月至2017年6月2360例孕产妇女血清肌酐(Crea)、尿素氮(BUN),探讨孕产妇女空腹血清肌酐、尿素值与健康妇女空腹血清尿素氮、肌酐值的区别。方法:采用日立7020全自动生化分析仪,酶法检测孕产妇女空腹血清肌酐、尿素氮值与健康妇女空腹血清肌酐、尿素氮值。结果:孕产妇女空腹肌酐44.32±15.08umol/L;尿素氮3.08±1.43mmol/L。而健康妇女空腹血清肌酐57.43±12.62umol/L;尿素氮4.69±2.24mmol/L。经t检验P<0.05,存在显著差异。结论:孕产妇女空腹血清肌酐、尿素氮普遍低于健康妇女空腹血清肌酐、尿素氮值,各实验室应建立自己的孕产妇女空腹血清肌酐、尿素氮参考值。
Objective: To detect serum creatinine (CRA) and blood urea nitrogen (BUN) in 2360 pregnant women from June 2015 to June 2017 in our hospital, The difference between creatinine values. Methods: Hitachi 7020 automatic biochemical analyzer was used to detect fasting serum creatinine, urea nitrogen and fasting serum creatinine and urea nitrogen in pregnant women. Results: The fasting creatinine in pregnant women was 44.32 ± 15.08umol / L and that of urea nitrogen was 3.08 ± 1.43mmol / L. In healthy women, fasting serum creatinine was 57.43 ± 12.62umol / L and urea nitrogen was 4.69 ± 2.24mmol / L. After t test P <0.05, there are significant differences. Conclusion: The fasting serum creatinine and urea nitrogen in pregnant women are generally lower than fasting serum creatinine and urea nitrogen in healthy women. Each laboratory should establish their own reference value of fasting serum creatinine and urea nitrogen in pregnant women.
