研究了不同格室数和添加填料与否对折流式厌氧反应器(ABR)启动性能的影响。反应器启动时,控制化学需氧量(COD)初始负荷为1.4 kg/(m3.d),逐渐提升至3.5kg/(m3.d),经过28~63 d连续运行,启动获得成功。试验结果表明,反应器的三格结构和五格结构表现出非常相似的启动特性,增设填料的复合式反应器启动速度明显快于普通折流式厌氧。此外,沿程化学需氧量及挥发酸浓度降解规律和不同格室的颗粒污泥的扫描电镜表明,反应器内微生物相的分布规律与相应格室的基质浓度、类型等保持一致。
The effects of different cell numbers and filler additions on the baffled anaerobic reactor (ABR) startup performance were studied. When the reactor was started, the initial load of COD control was 1.4 kg / (m3.d) and gradually increased to 3.5 kg / (m3.d). After 28 to 63 days of continuous operation, the start-up was successful. The experimental results show that the reactor three grid structure and the five grid structure showed very similar start-up characteristics, with a filler composite reactor startup speed significantly faster than ordinary baffled anaerobic. In addition, along the process of chemical oxygen demand and volatile acid concentration degradation law and the different compartment of the granular sludge scanning electron microscopy showed that the distribution of the reactor microbial phase and the corresponding cell compartment matrix concentration, type and so on.
