为了使我们技校能培养出社会需要的高技能复合型人才,突破现有的学生的生源素质低下对技校英语教学的制约,我们技校的英语教师要多思考,多想对策。首先要采取多鼓励,多赞扬的教学态度,树立学生对英语学习的兴趣;其次要利用现代化设备及各种有效的教学方法激起学习的兴趣;再次要采用现场实习和情景教学并结合实训基地,以提高学生的英语水平,培养学生的实际操作能力。
In order to enable our technical schools to cultivate high-skilled and complex talents needed by society and to break the existing low-quality students’ qualifications for English teaching in technical schools, our English teachers in technical schools should think more and think more about countermeasures.
