南方麦区小麦湿害防御技术研究成果,获农牧渔业部1982年技术改进一等奖。这项成果由于研究目标明确,对湿害形成的原因找得准,防御措施上采取多学科的通力协作,贯彻了边研究边推广应用的方法,因此,成果转让的速度快、范围广、效益大。七十年代中后期,推广范围已由淮南发展到淮北,由江苏发展到南方13个省(市)。1981年江苏省推广面积已达2,425.69万亩,占当年三麦面积的68.8%;1982年4月初步统计,仅长江中、下游六省(市)推广面积已达4,600万亩以上,其中湖北省推广500多万亩。
