全军部队卫生工作会议后,我们在某师开展了系镜化健康教育试点。经过两年的实践,探索了部队健康教育的途径和方法。现将系统化健康教育的初步做法和体会报告如下。一、部队系统化健康教育的产生过程及其内涵过去,部队卫生宜传由于缺乏统一、科学的组织,经费不足和宣传内容单调,效果比较差,部队健康知识水平比较低。根据这些问题,我们认真学习了健康教育的有关理论,制定了《部队健康教育实施办法》、《部队健康教育大纲》和《部队健康教育考核标准》,在部队开展系统化健康教育,普及健康知识。一是系统组织。建立由首长挂帅的健康教育领导系统,由卫生机关组成的管理系统和健康教育人员组成的实施系统、采取首长一级抓一级,机关一级管一级,专业部门一级指导一级,在部队中系统
After the army military health conference, we conducted a departmental health education pilot in a division.
