离心甩油密封装置结构简单,应用很广。但在高速、大马力情况下使用,则漏油严重.故我们在高速大马力增速器的输出轴上应用该装置时,对密封部分进行了改进,经使用情况良好。图1为改进前结构;图2为改进后的结构。当把图1所示的离心甩油密封装置用于高速、大马力设备上时,为了保证轴承8有良好的润滑和足够的冷却,故要求喷油环1的供油量相当大。另一方面,由于转轴的转速高,势必使甩油盘7的线速度很高,有时竟高达98.5m/s。这样,润滑油受强大的离心力作用甩出去,冲击在盖子3上,然后飞溅开来.
