据2012年2月29日,教育厅等相关部门下发的《关于进一步规范中小学办学行为减轻学生过重课业负担的意见》的文件,在英语教学中,应贯彻减负增效方针。在减负增效背景下,就英语口语方面的减负增效提出以下建议:一、教师应该作为一个引领者,引领学生去思考,去学习,去模仿,让学生自发的根据正确的语法,造出更多更贴近生活的句子;二、教师应该充分备课,重点在于备学生,让所有的学生在课堂上都有所发挥,并且也都有所收获;三、教师应该着力培养学生的发散性思维,善于发现和挖掘教学中隐藏的创新点,鼓励学生创新思维。
