一局桥梁处試验人员根据十几年来,特别是参加××线施工实践经验,破了砼水灰比原来規程。文中所述论点可以引起重视。原規程是在水泥品种质量标号不全且较低的情况下适用。現生产水泥标号多数在400号以上,如仍用原規定会造成浪费。現場在实际使用时,可根据具体工程、使用范围来確定。但在抗寒地区及有侵蝕性水等影响时,一般水泥用量仍不宜太少,水灰比也不宜太大;如在一般地区冻融循环次数不多,可根据当地情况規定之。希望参加设計、施工的有关部门,結合当前大打人民战爭,多快好省地修建铁路的新形势,在实踐中,敢于打破旧框框、旧規范,修改、制订更符合实际的新規范。此文作为一个实例介紹给有关单位。各单位有新的革新意见,空投寄本刊,以期引起讨论,得出更正確的結论。
